Who am I
I am Bas Weissenbacher, ICF certified coach, husband and father of 2 children. I was trained as a software engineer and after ten years I changed to project manager, then team manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach / Transition Coach, with increasing focus on 1-on-1 coaching of individuals. Because real change happens inside oneself. For some 15 years, I have been involved in changing and improving on an organizational, team and individual level. My work always involved helping people change, adapt, develop and grow.
The central theme is that I am an improver, an enabler. I like to help people to take the next step, gain more knowledge, insights and growth, through training, mentoring and coaching. So that they themselves are able to find better solutions, overcome their obstacles, or perceived limitations.
I am interested in what motivates people and what affects their well-being. How people deal with change and what holds them back from moving forward. So, I use theories and models from behavioral and neuro-science research. And I always continue learning and improving, in order to help you do the same.
